So I like to do this cute thing where I turn on Netflix, put on one of my favorite shows and think to myself, “just an episode or two” and then suddenly I’ve wasted 6 hours of my day. Anyone else? Well, if we work out during those Netflix binges then it’s kind of a win win, right? So today I’ll be giving you a workout that you can do during one of my personal favorites, Pretty Little Liars!
- Every time one or all of the girls receive a text from “A” do 10 squats.
- Every time someone kisses do 10 push ups.
- Every time one of the girls lies to their parents do 20 sit ups.
- Every time Spencer starts doing research, plank until she is finished.
