So I didn’t wait until Monday. I bit the bullet and I started my challenge about 2 hours ago. So obviously there’s not a whole lot going on yet. I took my probiotics, did my 24 minute workout, then took my fiber and had some eggs for breakfast. I just wanted to share my day 1 stats with you guys though!

The FedEx man just dropped off my 24 Day Challenge kit and I’m super excited to get started. A lot of people who know me have been saying, “why are you going on a diet? You’re so small.” I might not have a ton of excess weight to lose, but that doesn’t mean I’m healthy on the inside. I’ve spent years living on my couch and eating whatever I want and not really thinking twice about it, but with a history of diabetes in my family I decided at 24 I should start taking control of my health. The 24 Day Challenge and getting on a normal workout routine is the first step for me. The 24DC isn’t just meant for weight loss, it’s also been shown to help with muscle gain and it ultimately helps clear your body of all the harmful toxins we acquire from the food we eat.
Anyway, my official start date for my 24DC will be Monday, March 7th. Unless I decide I absolutely can’t wait. I’ll be posting almost daily updates for you all to see my progress. So stay tuned!
