So here’s the thing, you’ll never catch me running around my block let alone on a treadmill at the gym. If you ever catch me in a gym it’s most likely for a group class. I get bored, jogging on a treadmill or trying to lift weights is mind numbing for me after a solid 10 minutes or so. So when I found out about the AdvoCare Can You 24 DVD I pretty much jumped at the opportunity. The DVD consists of 24 minute workouts that you can do in your own living room. I figured, “I can tough anything out for 24 minutes, right?”
This DVD did not disappoint. The workouts fly by, and each workout features a beginner, intermediate, and advanced level workout so you can keep your own pace! After doing one of the Shred workout my legs were sore for a solid 3 days. The quality looks a little old school, but who cares? I’m glad I made the investment in these because even if it’s only 24 minutes a day, it’s a step in the right direction!
