Happy Wellness Wednesday! And happy day 7 to me! I’m over half way done with my cleanse phase! I think the biggest change so far is my energy levels. It used to be pretty normal for me to sleep 10 or 11 hours a night, crazy right? Now I’m down to sleeping a pretty normal 8 hours and I feel amazing.
On a side note, grocery shopping for snacks is incredibly hard once you realize almost everything we consume has added sugar or partially hydrogenated oils, both things I’m banned from eating while cleansing. Here’s some of my favorite snacks I’ve found so far;
- All natural peanut butter (Adams is my favorite) with banana, celery, or apples.
- Hummus and Blue Diamond Nut Thins
- One Potato Two Potato sweet potato chips
